Spec Stage III.
Either that or a MacLeod, but be ready to drop some serious money if you decide you want one of them babies...

start excersiving ur leg
when I put in my king cobra I was surprised how stiff that was, getting used to it now but I can only imagine how stiff the others like the spec stage III can be.

the king cobra used to be way over rated (not sure if its the same still) far to stiff for its low holding power.

I didn't like my king cobra... its the hardest clutch i've ever felt, and that includes a stage III

There is a power grip ram clutch that all the cobra boys seem to be pimping out these days for their 600+ hp cobras.
I say spec 3+. It is lighter than the spec 3 and supposedly holds much better and is much more streetable. I have a spec 3 and it works great...is much lighter than a stock 03 cobra clutch but is still a lot heavier than a number of other non-performance clutches I have driven. I have felt the 3+ on a 05 GT and it just feels flat out tits...much lighter than my 3.
Then again, some other cobra boys are pimping a new exedy dual disc clutch...but that is abou 1400 for the kit.

What clutch cable are you guys using with the king cobra? I was doing some reading, and ive been hearing that most aftermarket cables make the clutch's seem so much more stiff than they really are. Most people recommend a motorsport cable
