Went to the track wednesday and the best i was able to run was a 14.22@98MPH I never got a decent launch i was spinning all the way through 1st, best 60 FT was a 2.20. any advice? i want to order some DR's but funds are tight. track prep was also shit. considering this was my 1st time how would you rate my times?

what was the MPH? 2.2 60 is not to bad for your first time~ Kumos stuck in general dont buy them again.

driver error!
haha nah.. I had kumho ecsta supra 7(12s?) for about 1 week on a previous car.. took 'em off and sold 'em heh, I didn't like them much

I just put new Kumos on my Cobra, my old Coopers were way better. The sidewalls are weak and seem to roll over when I corner hard. Kumos suck, anyone want to buy them?

Zim, i was just talking about the back, 16's will clear, i WAS gonna borrow a buddy's 15 inchers with DR's but the wheel weights wouldn't clear the calipers

yeah, those stupid brakes... hate them  lol
I never thought of doing 16s... thats a damn good idea. I just automatically figure v6 wheels as being 15's.

they started being OEM in 04 with 16s I do believe with options on previous years for 16s (sports package)

15s won't even clear the rear brakes?
There's no need to swap out the fronts.

well it looks like i'll be picking up a set of 17's from a 95 GT for 50 bucks since i'm only using DR's its all good. i think if i can just grab some traction i can be in the 13's easy

Get some BFGoodrich by buisness partner loves em for traction but on his wifes daily drive they do have kumho's on thier daily driver 96 convertable used the BDG's for drag I use BFG's on my wifes truck and my truck love em.
