ok some guy is selling a 2 2 chamber 40 series flow masters.. for 50 bucks.. should i or should i just wait for the american thunder? i mean what sounds better flowmaster 5.0 sensays..

the american thunder is basically the 2 chambers I believe. I agree the flowmasters sound good on the 5.0s but im getting tired of mine and everybody else's car having them. Im about to unbolt mine and find some mufflers to lol.

my 89 sounded fine with cats and no mufflers

then got the american thunder catback so I could pass inspectin... as far as I could tell they were 40 series

Flow masters are nice but they have a big drone going down the highway. That and because everyone and their brother has them is why i went a different way but $50 is hard to pass up.

so i let it pass.. i ended up just buying a used prochamber.. i installed my headers and the pros yesterday! sounds great motor wise.. but i connected my stock mufflers.. yeah.. dint really make much of a sound difference back there! but idle sounds awesome!!

Spintech mufflers sound pretty good,for about the same price.
