Wut's up I'm new and just bought a 2000 black mustang GT manual trans last wednesday and iwas wondering where to start first on the upgrades. I was thinking cold air, throttle body, intake, exhuast, suspension and chip.

Here's how the plan went with my '02 GT

bone stock - 14.6@95 MPH 2.0 60'
shorty headers + short throw shifter
14.2@97 MPH
diablosport predator off the shelf tune
14.036@99.98

at that point (so close to both benchmarks I was aiming for..) I said screw it.. and went for 4.10 gears

someone blew a stopsign and tboned the car before I had a chance to even test them out..

but if I were to get another 99+ GT I'd do the exact same mods again.. 'cept I'd switch the headers with the gears...
