Need an expert on this one.
73 mustang convert original owner. 302, 200,000 mi show room condition.
anally maintained.
All of a sudden a vibration at 70 mph.
1. had wheels alligned and ballanced
no change
2. replaced old cast iron wheel break drums
No change
3. replaced carrier berring in diff
no change
4. replace rims and tires
no change
5. ballanced drive shaft no change.
no change
6.replaced trans mounts
no change
This car rides like a vibrator at 70 it's felt in the entire car. What is the matter with this car???

:hmm: I'm not an expert, but could it be the bearings, or rubber bushings used in you suspension, and/or motor mounts might be worn out, or maybe some of your steering components might be worn
out. :dunno:
its not like this would just start one day but have you checked the bushings on the suspension for issue, wear / tear, etc.

It sounds like you've probably already done this too, but go over all the nuts/bolts on your suspension and make sure they are tight (especially the control arms).
