AFR 165s.
Save up and buy them. You'll be a lot happier with them than you will spending 1.3k on little bolt-ons here and there. The little bolt-ons can always come later. You can also do the cam and intake later, preferably at the same time.

you got gears in that bitch?
that'll be worth your wild, until as BBunt said aftermarket heads.
an intake on an otherwise stock car will just make the bottom end torque soft.

gears are one of the best bangs for your buck, also suspension parts could be addressed.

Aside from a freer flowing intake, which didn't change the sound of the idle at all, no I haven't changed it.. was just checking ...
I'll bet your car sounds great now

Gears aren't a bad idea before heads. With the heads you won't need any "supporting parts" if you stay pedestal mount. No tune, no bigger fuel injectors, no bigger TB or MAF is necessary. You may want to go ahead and get an AFPR to bump up the pressure a little. You may or may not want to upgrade the valve springs depending on what cam you are planning to go with in the future. I didn't change mine. You also may or may not want to go ahead and change pushrods. I just did it for the sake of knowing I did it.
Finally, it would also be a good time to buy a good set of roller rockers. You'll absolutely have to if you go with the stud mount heads. I went with the pedestal mounts and kept my stock rockers, but I kinda wish I would have went ahead and changed them because the stock ones look pretty cheaply made. I haven't had any problems from them though.

Read and learn:
Air Flow Research
Then buy.
I can guarantee you that there are no other bolt-ons (other than nitrous or cheap-ass used blower) that you can get for $1300 that will add up to that kind of gains. Plus, you already have the most important piece of any combo. Anything you add from there is gonna see riduculous gains compared to what you would see on a stock motor.
In fact, in some cases you'll see even bigger gains than some of the crazy claims manufacturers make. Especially for the cam and intake.

Yup, notice that the 100+ wasn't peak horsepower though. It's still quite impressive. They got 72 peak rwhp from stock to the heads, TB, intake, etc.
Also remember, that's still with the stock cam. Throw a decent cam in there with a bigger MAF and 24# injectors, and you'll be looking at another 50 or so at the wheels.

i was watching horse power tv.. and they had this segment on a 4to7 cam swap.. all the cam did was switch the firing order.. where the seventh cylinder would fire first over the fourth one... and it gave him an extra 50 hP!!!!!!
