Waited about 2.5 hours to run once. They had 'technical difficulties' with the computers, IE the times were not coming up
I took the buick down to scan it, so it didn't bother me too much wasn't there to make a bunch of passes haha
anyhow -- I was near the back of lane 9, lanes 9 and 10 finally started moving (lane 9 vs lane 10..) we roll forward ... about 15 minutes to get to the front of the line, 4 cars ahead of me, I'm almost ready to go, woo finally
Then all the cars stop moving.. something broke down on the track... after about a 15 minute wait.. they started again..
I line up against an old mitsubishi hatchback, looked like a dodge colt? didn't expect anything from it, it was quiet.. screeched the tires at the burnout pit..
At the tree I watched my RPM and eased into it, didn't really floor it til 3k or so RPMs, I look over and the hatchback next to me is squatted all the way back and is taking off like whoah, lol SLEEPER he ran a 14.19 @ 103 MPH to my 14.13@97 (2.3 60') but wtf.. it looked like crap.. and it ran faster than any modded civic could hope..
Turns out he had a turbo k car motor swapped into it haha.. that thing looked light as heck too, no wonder it kept up
But anyhow, best part of the night was - I found out what broke down on the track, newest body style accord v6 coupe, when it was in the pits I saw it was a manual

It was getting loaded up onto a tow truck at the end of the track, where you pick up your timeslips
even the new hondas can't hold their own heh.
