I have been looking for some rims to go on my ride and I would like to steer past the look that most people do with the mustang specific rims, like the Cobra R's, Bullitt rims, etc. Basically any of the OEM rims that you can find. I was looking for black rims with the chrome lip. Was wondering what rims you all have seen around that you like. Thanks. I know these aren't in black but I have been looking at these ones:
Volk SF Challenge Wheels
and
Maya DT5 Wheel
Thanks
~Jon~

Yeah HRE Wheels are really nice but worth a fortune! I have this image of my car in my head all done on the outside but I can't figure out what kinda wheels will flow just right with the over all look. I like the Pentar rims just they don't seem to flow. Thanks JROC.

there are many options, most rather expensive (why you dont see them often) just be sure not to get something ugly... there is a reason most go wtih the same rims on their mustangs... they look good... or they dont have the cash to get the XXX type rims.

i have been searching for years to find a wheel like you have mentioned that doesnt look like crap. here is a wheel that is similar to what i want but its still too japanesey. i really want a cobra r wheel done in this same paintsheme. guess i could buy the cobra r's and have them powder-coated but have no idea how much it would be. just my 2cents.

i went through the same thing, i really wanted the roush wheels, but they would have cost several thousand dollars to do that and tires, i got lucky that a friend was selling his steeda ultralite 1s, and i picked them right up, got them at a good price too and they look really good as well
