A friend of mine bought a black Shelby and I got to check it out last night. Not as bad as I was expecting. Trim pieces blend in pretty good on the black, but I'm not too sure how they would look on a brighter car. Really like the shifter though. Placed well...I always fely like I was reaching forward to shift in my 03.
But even more important....I got to put several miles on the car.
Felt comparable to my 03 even for a fresh factory ride. Def pulls hard. Factory exhaust sounds pretty darn good too.
This car came with the Shaker 1000 sound system too. Ford actually made a car with a decent sounding sound system.....??.....the world must be coming to an end.
And if you thought the under hood was packed on your 03/04...this thing is STUFFED under the hood. Wow!
Oh and did I mention I got to drive it
