T-56 Specs and Gear Ratios

The following is the gear ratios for the 2000 Mustang Cobra R, 2003 & 2004 Mustang Cobra and the 2007 Shelby GT500 which use the T-56 Transmission.

The transmission uses a hydraulic clutch and had an 11 inch clutch disk. The entire case, including the bell housing, is made of aluminum. The T-56 has a synchromesh made up of brass synchros.
