Rear diff oil change help

I have a 98 v6 and I was look for some info on what kind of gear oil I need to use in the differential? I was also wondering about synthetic like redline and if 75w90 is the right kind? Sorry if I did not post this in the right spot.

That sounds about right synthetic is cool you will have to take off the differential cover off to drain as there is no plug and use some gasket sealer when putting it back on and if you have any kind of trac unit add a bottle of friction modifier.
