ah i didn't see the category the thread was in....i don't think you are looking at too much of a gain, your best bet would be a turbo or a sc, tuner, etc....check out the thread in this section for the best way to mod a v6 for the most power, i think that would help ya

i looking that route towards the summer i live in Va so i snows and stuff out here alot ...what will a good next add on be for about 300.00 im kind of new to the domestic scene

well with a cai and dual exhaust you will be running with not that big of a gain, i know stock they are around 195 hp so maybe around 200, 205 hp...not that big of a gain, but brand and such will make a difference on hp gains...go crappy and you are going to get crappy results. but almost all v6 stangs after 1999 with a dual exhaust (unless its a catback dual like my sisters mustang with almost no HP gain at all from that) and cai will run about the same.

JDM is the best to get work done...check out Team CJMF - Central Jersey Mustang and Fords Club and check out the list of vendors there, they can give u good advice about where to go to in jersey to get work done

lol i have a stock v6, i had a roush kit but i had to sell 90% of the pieces for it cause i lost my job when the state closed. join that site over there and u'll meet a lot of people from jersey with every stang u can think of. the person to talk to is 2001 yellow gt...hes the club owner and one of the nicest people you will ever meet

You might have gained 5 hp from those mods...so you're looking at about 170 at the wheels, don't expect big gains until you put real money into it.
