Will stock 03 cobra H-Pipe fit 99-04 V6?

Ok, I am dumping my stock parts in another thread and will post this question since I don't know and someone interested in my parts may not know. Will the stock 03 cobra H pipe fit onto a V6 that is being converted to true dual?

The stock GT h-pipe fits doesn't it? If it does, I would think the cobra would as well. Does anyone know?
