Not with the stock block. At least not reliably with the stock block. They are known to split around the mains at around 500 rwhp.
If I were you, I'd look into Ford's new line of "Boss" short blocks. They are probably capable of handling around 800. With one of those stroked out to a 347, a nice set of heads, and a blower... you can make 650.
