wait if i have cat back could i get a x-pipe and just keep at y-pipe and not do any cutting
The x-pipe will replace your y-pipe. You would unbolt your y-pipe, and bolt up the x-pipe. As long as your cat-back system was designed to bolt onto the midpipe you selected, you should be fine as far as a bolt-on exhaust system goes.

you can get an adapter for 70~ bucks and have it put on that will allow you to bold/unbolt a GT catback onto your car and no cats really does nothing for the v6's other than make them sound worse.

yeah, so back to me. im looking for an uncatted, mabey put high flow cats on down the road, but for now, no cats. i know ppl say it sounds like poo, but i just need something cheaper for now so i can get it all together
