Sct Flash Tuner or JET Power Module Chip

I just got my self, a 2004 3.8 v6 automatic mustang. It is my first car, what can i put in it to make it faster.... what would be better, a flash tuner, or a power module chip.

Other than that, what else can i put in my car to make it fast? I know everybody probally asks this question.
