Yes, I am selling the cobra. Just letting ME guys in on it before it hits the public.
and no, its not about money, i can afford both cars and insurance, but whats the point in speding 450 a month on a car you dont drive? Ive been so caught up in work and trying to rid myself of the GT (Which is a lost cause) that i havent driven it in around 4 weeks. so its like not really worth it IMO, i drive 10 minutes to and from work everyday in rush hour traffic, so its not like i get to use the power, i can honestly count the times ive been on it full bore on two hands, and i dont go to stockton to hang out with car people anymore. so it just sits, all 450hp and 450tq just sits, with a 450$ payment.
so maybe come tax time ill buy a beater honduh crx and start saving for the GT teardown/buildup. Seeing nobody wants the GT, im gonna make it so udderly powerful nobody will every want to come close to it, cali emissions be damned! or ill just get a R6 or something, quick little starter bike. i dunno yet, all i know is the cobra needs to go cause im getting bitched at for our lack of parking on whats becoming a car-lot in our street, between us and our neighbors.

I *Might* need the stock h-pipe now that i think of it. I gotta go smog it one of these days and find a shop that doesnt know jack.

yea, I could have picked up an 03 redfire coupe 100% stock with 19k on the clock last january for 23 start price, im sure they would have came down a bit~ CA is just to damn expensive on everything. |

still not worth that much over on this side of the US...not even in jersey where everything is expensive....i know someone who just bought a sonic blue cobra with less miles and more mods for 17k and its pristine, just to give you an idea on price. 24k is not worth financing.

bluebook is still 28 on it, and banks will finance 2k over book in most cases.
anyways, i got a guy thats just waiting for me to get the paperwork together and hes gonna buy it for 24. all i have to do is get it smogged and my payoff amount from my bank and meet him at his and its a done deal. have to wait till monday though, dam weekend.
