well from the factory a pulley is a pulley. Let me see if I can explain it more clearly. An underdrive pulley is a pulley that makes the accesories spin more slow than stock. If a car has the stock pulley set then they are not considered underdrive pulleys as they are the stock specification.
No cobra to my knowledge has ever altered its pulley size from year to year to add more hp/tq or to slow down the accesory drive.
