Those won't lower the car very much, but yes, they are a decent spring. Most people looking for a good budget spring go with what is referred to as a "C spring", those are referred to as "B springs"

it all depends on what you want, i personally would only go with C springs from ford. You most definatly wont be happy with only an inch drop~ but when you start to go over 1.5 inches you run into issues. Look into Maximum Motorsports :: The Leader In Mustang Performance Suspensions for all your suspension needs, they are the best out there, their H&R springs are what im going with, also whats the point of going with a lower spring if the spring rate sucks...
you should also get the mm 4 bolt caster/camber plates, dont go cheap on cc plates.
