dual exhaust question

So I bought the entire exhaust from my buddy's '03 mach 1 (H pipe + cat back) and I was wondering if it can be installed on my '00 v6. I know the piping is much different and it probably won't fit onto the manifold, so what kind of welding would be required and how exactly would it be done?

Shouldn't be too bad, the main difference will be the welding to the manifolds, but that should be done by a good shop in a few hours, maybe less. Everything else will bolt right up.

I don't think the H-pipe can be used without modifying the whole thing..the cat back will work fine however, just have a shop weld it up.
