yes cause in jersey you can get pulled over for fog lights being on in non-foggy conditions (primary offense)

Make sure you wire them to turn off with your high beams too. (Also a law)

wtf? I've never heard this. I've never seen it happen, either.. only way I can see this happening is if your 'fog lights' are bright as hell and misaligned, causing vision issues for oncoming drivers, but you can get a ticket if your headlights do the same thing...
at least 40% of cars in jersey have (factory) fog lights, and at least 99% of those use them at night (and at least 15% of those have at least one burnt out at any given moment )

next time you are over i'll show u the my nj traffic ticket book....its a primary offense....its considered extra lighting that is not necessary unless it is used specifically for fog

I got pulled over for failure to dim my lights because I had my fogs on... All I got was a warning and a blowjob though.

Do they get excited over Daytime Running Lights in NJ?
I think driving with the fog lights on is rather harmless the high beams I could see a bit more of but not really. At night when driving fast, towing or off roading I want all the light I can get it just might safe my life or those of my passengers.

I think shes talking about a third set of light arrays. In Cali, you can only have two arrays of forward projecting light on at one time, IE Low Beams and Driving Lights. Although when it is foggy, i use all three of mine(Low Beams, Roush Driving lights in the bumper, Center Fog Lights), fuck the law, if i want to see, i want to see god dammit.
