To be honest, I'm not sure what's wrong with it. I put the bent video card with the stock air cooler in it, and it worked. I let it run like that for a few days to make sure it was still good after its abuse at the hands of the UPS people. So then I pulled the stock cooler and threw the water block on it. When I plugged it back in, it didn't work. I wasn't getting video out of it, or the integrated graphics. After playing around with it a while, it started working again. So, this brings us up to where I was yesterday morning.
I had gone by CompUSA, and picked up a good power supply for it. The plan was to get it all swapped out yesterday morning, and put this project to bed. So I pulled the old PS and got the new one all hooked up. When I hit the Go button, everything started, but I wasn't getting an image. I threw the old PS back in it, but I got the same result.
It's a mystery to me. This machine has been a pain in my ass for a long time, though.
