I have a problem with my coolant... If I run my car a couple times some of my coolant comes out the over flow res. Also what can i do to help my car run cooler... I know heat isn't good for the engine and it runs hotter than i would like it to....So i would like to do some damage preventable upgrade before i do my next mod.. Any suggestions..?

well if you put to much coolant in it and then it gets hot/cold it will overflow due to to much is in the system. I just had this happen to me. Once its at the right level it doesnt overflow on mine anymore.

If you have the stock gauges... it's always going to run in the middle unless you are seriously overheating.
Put an Autometer water temp gauge in there if you really want to know what it's running at.
If you want to try to get the temps down, look into a bigger radiator and an electric fan. I have a 180* thermostat, a 3-core copper replacement radiator, and a DC Controller Electric fan and controller in my '90. I drove it 8.5 hours straight on the interstate, and it never went past 195*. It's not exactly a stock motor either...
