The trac loc in my 00 gt went to the shitter. Should i just go ahead and get the rebuild kit or should i just go buy a new diff entirely. I want to get the whole diff eventually but i figure ill wait till i can afford 31 splines and the diff and buy it all in one shot.

Btw what is the rating for the stock lockers i dont feel like wasting my money if there only capable of holding stock or slightly higher hp numbers.

I bought an Auburn Pro with Moser Axles and the 5 wheel studs put in, delivered for about $600.00 from BBandTRacing.com.

Buyfordracing.com has 31 spline trac locs for $129.00 if you want to stay original. You can take that puppy apart, stuff in extra clutches and an F150 S spring and they make a pretty stout piece.
