That's unbelievable!
Uhh...it's raining and we're driving a $70,000 car. What do you want to do?
Drift it around an onramp?
Sounds like a good idea...

Natural selection may still have a chance of working after all.

i dont see how people are having a problem with this.
1) if he overcorrects, hes going to slide into the inside corner at a relatively low speed. if he undercorrects, he lets off the throttle and goes straight like normal cars.
2) nobody else is in front of him or behind him for the length of the whole onramp, so nobody is in danger.
3) hes got skill in getting sideways and controlling it with the throttle with a car that has torque. hes prolly chilling in 3rd gear at a brisk 3000rpm. he has full control, its seriously not that hard in a car with that much torque at that low of rpm to continuously drift in the rain like that.
4) if he can afford the vette itself, he can afford any repairs if he fucks up as a driver.
all his bases are covered IMO. open onramp, wet pavement, torque, skill.

Like I said, natural selection may still have a chance of working after all. Why don't you go make us a sort of "instructional training" video showing us how easy it is Thomas?
What would be even better is if you could show us that it's still really easy even if things don't go as planned. Say for instance there was a little oil on the road from a car that was leaking it. Or maybe an unexpected bump.
That would be a great video.

That is actually an extensively researched and well documented fact. Ben does indeed know everything and is in fact awesome in every sense of the word.
