well you can get some but they will be costly unless they are cheap crappy looking autozone specials. You can do a little this and that from places like steeda~

UPR has pretty much every blingy item you can put on the engine and/or inside your car...and their stuff is pretty much the standard that everyone sells. Didn't check out goofy's link, but I am guessing they prolly sell that stuff. Anyhow, UPR direct is here --> MUSTANG-UPR Products.com

polished or chromed items under the hood can get messed up pretty quick so it takes more effort into cleaning the engine area more often~ just an FYI

steeda will be high priced, UPR will probably be cheaper but... i have heard issues from them, mainly in dealing with their movable stuff, not just show stuff. I had a firewall adjuster from them, worked great.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND on a daily driver, BUT, UPR should be the cheapest.. Just buy alot at once because they seem to rip you on shipping if you go directly through upr

Or go through me and I might be able to get them a little less through Stanghi Can't guarantee it, but it wouldn't hurt to try.
