You know what I did when I had to take my pum p off for my HCI install?
I tried the puller route that you went with, said fuck it after a thousand tries, beat the fucker into a million pieces with the hammer, dremel cut off the rest of pulley left on the shaft, bought new pulley from FORD, bought installer, INSTALLED!
Cost me maybe 20 bucks(I think) for the pulley and a half hour to cut the rest off the shaft. Once I got close I just pried between the cut until the thing split apart and I had two halves.
My puller from A&A didn't grip the ridge on the pulley tight enough and the thing rounded off the ridge. This was the only feasible thing I saw to do. My pulley spins true and I haven't had a single problem since my rebuild.
