No, it will not give you a lean condition. The tune is based on the MAF counts reported by the MAF sensor. The counts will rise as more air is pulled in with the free-er flowing filter and the computer will account for it accordingly. The exhaust will also not affect the tune unless you are installing headers, then some tweaks may be needed.
As for the paint job, they will do whatever you discuss with them color wise. I like the idea for redfire flames on silver. my only concern would be whether the silver would make for too much silver in the bay with the intake pipe, valve covers, TB, plenum, SC. Maybe black with silver outline or paint the eaton black ?
One thing to keep in mind, the JLT will NOT play well with a strut tower brace. I don't know if you have one or plan to get one, but you can not fit the JLT under the brace unless you raise the brace with spacers or dent the JLT pipe. Just an FYI for you.

I think Redfire and Black would look bad ass together.
BTW I'm going to start calling ya'll the Cobra twins or something. Hell ya'lls cars were even built around the same time.

im trying to picture how much silver will be there if it has redfire flames~ im just trying to find a way to visually link it back to the engine~ but there will be the black elbow there~ hmmm
I plan to pick one up in the next two weeks, I am going to canda and I will pick it up when I get back from there.

well I placed my order, just a matter of calling them tomorrow and telling them paint it with silver backing and black outlined redfire flames or doing the black backing and silver outlined redfire flames... im leaning toward silver backing unless someone has images or what not to show me other wise, any thoughts?
