Bout to have my long tube headers and x-pipes put on. I was wondering if anyone knew about how much hp I'd be gaining with those mods.
Price quoted was just over $1000 plus tax. This parts and labor. Sound about right to you guys?
Also having the car dyno tuned and adding a new chip.

Is yours the supercharged motor or not? The price does sound a little high unless that includes your dyno tune.

What brand long tubes? Depending on the brand, it sounds cheap, about right, or expensive.
HP gain in a N/A car will probably be 10-20 rwhp. In a positive displacement supercharged car, figure 3-4 rwhp (read a real interesting article on why), in a turboed car, figure 20-30 rwhp, in a centri SC car, figure 20-30 rwhp...and then all of that depends on the amount of boost.
So...yeah, confused yet?

Yes the car is supercharged. That price is NOT with the dyno tune. However, it is about the best price I've found in the area. It is with off road pipes (of course)

It's a Saleen so it has the Saleen supercharger. Not sure of the brand of headers.

Ok, with a saleen (Positive displacement) SC, you won't see huge gains. You will see some, but it will probably only be about 10 rwhp max. Falls right in line with an article I read explaining why boring/stroking and headers don't give desired gains on PD SC cars...
