hmm im surprised that actually happen then again it was in free air, you know if you did the same thing wit the sub enclosed it'll never blow well it shouldnt anyways.
My teacher when i went to school has been using a 15 in MTX sub and he plugged it into the wall and it moved crazy like that but it never blew and thats with letting it sit for a few mins while explaining how the whole AC current moves up n down in current.
