is that normal o what??
...other thing when accelerate i hear a sound, like a vaccum or turbo in the right side of the dash..the car have a cold air intake,

What year and model car is yours again? V6 I assume?
If so, it has a T5, which are notorious for having problems going into reverse. So it's pretty normal to have problems getting it to go into reverse at first.
And yes, that sound you are hearing is most likely from the CAI.

I never had any issues in my 01 shifting into reverse but I always took care of my trans by shifting only when fully stoped into reverse and changing the fluid etc etc, some are just bad. Be glad its not happening on your 5th gear shift (which is also a VERY eask gear so never speed shift into it or abuse it)

It might help if you try shifting into 5th first (just moving the gearshift into it, not releasing the clutch of course) then pulling it back to reverse...

If its grinding 4-5 it could be either a clutch engagement issue (not likely if the others are fine.. ) or it could be a 5th/reverse synchro or possibly bent fork? something to think about... might need a rebuild

ok an update..
2 hours ago i drive my car (v6 2001) and remember the grinding sound in 4 - 5 , ???
i park the car and press the clutch and start shifting 1 - 5 and everything it was well but if loose the clutch and press it again and shift to 5 its makes the noise and the spedometer raises while it makes the noise, just for less than a second
