Sell your V6 and buy a V8 easiest and less headache way. to many things need to be changed that it doesnt make it worth it all

You will have to swap the engine, transmission, computer, wiring, gauges, etc.
Then you will also need beefier springs on the front and a stronger rear end to handle the power.
I believe you will also need a different k member to mount the V8.

As far as i know you wont have trouble with body panels but as for the motor it will be more trouble than its worth you can pick up a low mileage 2000-2002 gt 5spd here for 10-13k.
