Hydraulic Roller Cam 351

Is it possible to put Hydraulic Roller Cam and lifters in a 72' 351W. If so what all is needed to be done?

Had a buddy just do the following to his 351 ----Competition Cams Hydraulic Roller Pushrods,Ford Motorsport E-303 Camshaft,Ford Motorsport Hydralic Roller Lifter

you can do it two ways, one would be to buy the linked retrofit lifters from comp cams and leave the block alone, or two would be to have the block clearenced during the machining prosses to make room for the dog bones and then have the block drilled and tapped for the spyder bolts.
