why would you second guess it? the only way id stick with a ported eaton would be cause i lived in cali, and i could get away with a decent blower that looked stock to boot.
goddamn i miss teh cobra.

Because I am trying to talk myself into getting the eaton ported to hold me over for about a year or so so that I don't blow my taxes on a whipple and all the required supporting hardware.
If I go ported, with my taxes I can do the following: Long tubes w/new O/R X pipe, Kenne Bell BAP, 60 lb injectors, JLT High Boost CAI, Cooling Mod, 6 lb lower pulley, and the ported TB/Plenum/SC....and still be under what it would cost for just the whipple alone...which would then require 60 lb injectors, dual Ford GT fuel pumps, upgraded fuel lines...
