I like the concept of the second one if they faced more perpendicular and extended out flush like the first one.
The first one looks like a real nice clean install. Saved that pic for when I get subs in mine eventually.

i liked that saleen till they showed the interior. the matching seats are sweet, but then they went and riced all the plastics to match, which went way overboard. i would have just done the seats and the steering wheel inlay with the orange and left it at that, with the rest black.
but that rear setup puts me to shame. thats exactly how i envisioned mine to look after a second revamp (which wont come for years), but i am truly impressed by that setup and the time and imagination that went into it.

It's been a long time since I was into car audio, but wouldn't it be better, and possibly cheaper when all is said and done to just take your car to a shop that specializes in car audio and have them build you a custom box the way you want it.
This is just what I'm thinking and I could be wrong.

riiiiight because circuit shitty sells custom fabbed boxes
its rather simple actually Sub X needs X amount of airspace and if it doesn't get it it doesn't sound as good as it should period
and smurfin err whatever your name is now, i'd look up the specs and have a box built to those or better, i don't have a whole lot of experience with kicker so i can't really tell you what you need exactly

prefabbed boxes do suck ass def 100% agree because they go with just an avg on what subs need for that size of subs.
Honestly figure out what sub your gonna get first and go to a mom and pop shop and tell them what you wanted builded shouldnt be anymore then 50 bucks and then then you do the rest of the carpeting/fiberglassing the way you want it.
its honestly not that hard or expensive

when in doubt build your own. I would personally wait till you know what subs you want first the make your decisions around that. Just my .02 though
