97 Belt Loop Bolts?

I recently bought a 97 mustang v6, but the guy who owned it before me removed the seat belt loops that go on the side of the seat, just below the headrest. He lost the bolts so I went to the dealership and they said they couldn't order the bolts because it was listed as "obsolete" or something like that. I really want to put these loops back on the seats but if I can't get the needed bolts from the dealership, where can I get them? Also, what size are the bolts?

call a junk yard and see if they have any wrecked 94-98 stangs and then pull it off of theres

I can give you mine when I get a chance to take them off. I plan on getting some different front seats eventually anyway and those things are more of a pain I think.
