Yeah in this very instance I can see an airbag helping, but this is what, one in a million shot of having an exact t-bone against a non-moving car, that doesn't flip/launch you and the bike over, say, a hood or a trunk...

this motorcycle forum i frequent had a big to do about this. If you read one of the comments a girls makes a real smartass comment and some of the guys flew off the handle....I think its kinda stupid personally as well but hey whatever man. My bike dont got one so i dont care.

Well, the dummy got some good height anyhow.

But yeah, useless. I mean, this prevents getting knocked out on initial impact so that you can be wide awake for the landing and what not. Sounds good to me.
