98 SEAT Question

Will seats from 99-04 fit in a 98? Any help appreciated...

yup, the only issue you may run into is the electronic connection, it should be identical unless you buy a different type seat like a cobra or perhaps mach1 seat.

Id just everything thats needed for the seat including brackets and such

speaking of seat i bought a set of 04 seats out of a v6 and thought for my 79 and they bolted right up no problems at all... so IMO ford keeps stuff like that pretty consistent... i do not know about electrical connection because the ones i bought were not power but i know the seat belts change... i tried to use the 04 seat belt buckle thingys (i am drawing a blank on what they are called) but they would not work with my belts so i left them stock... but if the seats i bought bolted right up in my 79 there is no reason for them to not work in a 98

Yes, they will fit. Anything from 94-04 will work. I know that if you put a 94-04 seat in a 79-93, they sit a little lower but still work fine.

i didnt mind it sitting lower seeing as i am 6'1" and it go my head a little farther away from the roof so it was a bonus... but right now i cant even drive my stang because it has 2 flats and a hole in the drivers side floorpan in the rear right where the seat bolts to the floorpan... i really need a new body that is not rusted... I could care less if it had the four banger in it that would just be cheaper insurance... as long as i can find one that is in good condition as far as rust is concerned and the majority of the interior pieces are still there i would like to buy it if anyone has a body sitting around or know of one the is for sell cheap please tell me

94-04 seats sit higher in foxes.....
