Hey guys, Im another one of the Starkville guys joining the site.
I'm a student at MSU, and work for a local body shop here, so anyone need an estimate, come see me :-)
Anyway, Im driving a 1986 GT, Jalopeno(sp) Red in color. This is my daily driver/autocross/goof off car, so no crazy mods will ever be put into the car, unless there is a DD bought so that I dont have to depend on the car.
Current Mods: Electric Fan, Flowmaster 40's, FMS 3.73's, and a 5 lug Conversion with 1996 GT front spindles/brakes, with ranger hardware in the rear. Will probably see a Towncar MC installed within the week. Im running 96 cobra wheels with Hankook K104's
Plans-Dependable autocross/DD: No engine mods, unless something breaks, lol. I'll probably upgrade the sway bars on both ends, and do some heavy bracing, such as SFC's. and maybe a custom matrix setup under the car. Look for a tower brace, maybe a 4 pt cage eventually, but Id really rather not mangle up the interior. Should see a MM panhard installed soon as well. With time, Tubular control arms, K frame, and probably some koni yellows.
I will probably look to go with full exhaust at some point, as the prvious owner used an exhaust shop to make his dual exhaust, and i think i could weld better than they did 
The only other focus I have for the car is to make it as enjoyable/comfortable to drive as possible. I will be installing new carpet, and touching up the bodywork as i can. Im looking to install an MGW shifter, a better headunit (probably Alpine) and custom kick pods. With all that said, i'll probably have to swao in a 3G alternator to handle everything.

thanks man... Its got a long way to go before it can be as nice as some ive seen, but for a 4 eye, its got a lot going for it :-)
Shes pretty clean, but far from perfect.

BTW, just got back from the body shop mike, transformation is complete here in about 30 minutes when I decide to actually wash the car and put the parts on.
