It is an awesome effect, but I don't know how great of an advertising campaign it is. I didn't notice the ponies until I read the description...and I'm not even driving by them at 80+ mph.

I think its an awesome idea. It could have been better to have a larger picture or something to notify the car going by that its for the mustang. Chances are though, that its such a weird billboard, people will want to look closer to it and see who it was by, if not when they drive by when they get home.

that's awesome. So it isn't just a picture that is blurred, it is just a transparent thing? At first i thought it was just a pic that was blurred, so it would only work at one angle..

I thought about posting this when I saw it this morning...I didn't....so let me post the same reply I made this morning...
It looks like something that people will only see the blurry background and be trying to figure out WTF....and never even notice the little white horse in the bottom corner...and not have any kind of clue as to what the whole thing is for. And, what about night time? it is going to blur the black background? Yes...sign me up. lol
Over all, sounds and looks like a very bad idea...poorly thought out. Does not make me think mustang at all. |

If I drove by something like that in my jeep, I'd be like "WTF! I'm driving a jeep! How the fuck is this shit blurry?" Then I might have a panic attack, crash and die, because I might think I drove into some alternate universe where jeeps are fast, Blue goes to church and votes for Bush, and Thomas dreams of solid rear axles. They really should think this stuff through first. The results could be devastating for some people. | | |
