Ok I was on my way back to work after lunch and my speedo stopped workin.. I also noticed that my electric seats and radar stop workin also. I know i have a short somewhere for the seat and the cigarette lighter. I had a speed calib installed about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Would the fuse for the seat and cig. lighter also affect the speed calib or is it something else that made my speedo stop workin?

I think you are right. It's been forever since I installed my Speedcal installed by I believe it hooks into the back of the cigarette lighter somehow

I had a dallas speed calibrator installed on my car and my speedo stoped working it was due to the crimp the kit used to power the speed cal unit came loose, I would check this first. The power comes from the aux plug in by the shifter you can use a tester to see if the wire is hot. Maybe the wire just came loose a bit. UNDO THE NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL before screwing with the wires.

He had to hard wire mine.. He said my terminals were brittle and just crubled when he put it on and hard wired it.

I've welded a screwdriver to an upper intake before...
One hand on the positive terminal, accidently touching the upper intake with a screwdriver with the other. Quite fun...

hmm was the Speedcal the last thing you added to that fuse line? It's gotta be something to do with that. Maybe it's not properly grounded?
