i was on the fatties side, until the part about the weight, which, ironically, is what owned the fatty in the end. until you read EVERY word of the auction, DO NOT commit to bidding or buying it, its the small print that will kick your ass, and if the fatty had not said anything about weight or design, other than the phone is for auction and in fine print it stated youre only bidding on a picture of the phone, and it went to a real court, fatty would have won. its a sad truth, always read the fine print.

btw i hate judge judy, she immediatly took a side a minute into the session, which the judge should show neutral ground on any matter until the proper evidence and each sides story is brought up, not immediately jump the gun and start attacking people.

No you R-tard, the judge has already read the case over and knows whats going on before those people even step foot into the courtroom. She knew what side she was on already. Not to mention the auction gave measurements, weight, features, etc. A piece of paper with a picture of the phone on it does not meet any of those requirements. People like that fat bitch should get sued more than 5k just because of how big of low life pieces of trash they are. There's not one thing I disagreed with Judy on that issue.

Point is you shouldn't try to scam someone to make a quick buck. Be an honest person and get a fucking job. This fat bitch is the epitome of what's wrong with America these days.

actually a real courtroom the judge wouldnt take a side at all, its the jury, but i think its different cause Judy is small claims. it would only go into a real court if the loser appeals, otherwise judge judy is also the jury. though i doubt she knows much about the case before she enters, other than the names, whos the plaintiff and defendant, and whats on the line, and "cameras are rolling, put on a show!" i dont think its moral for a judge who is also a jury to enter the courtroom knowing what side she is already on, i mean, then whats the whole point of having a judge to listen to both sides anyways if all they have to do is read a briefing and take a side?

fuck its hard to remember courtroom practices, used to remember all the steps as i was in a school play that was basically a courtroom and read all about it in junior high. then high school has a tendancy to wipe everthing that you think youll never use again from your mind.

Judge Judy comes off as a complete bitch to me. She is always talking about how she expects respect, but she never seems to be willing to give the least bit of it. If I ever ended up in her court room, I'd probably end up in jail or shot.

You guys do realize that all those court shows usually end up paying quite a bit of the verdict because of the fact that its a show. Its not your normal judge/jury setup obviously, and shouldnt be thought of one. You get paid to go there, accomodations taken care of, and in return you create a network television show.
