looks like itll pwn hardcore. a factory supercharged LS motor is gonna be awesome. i hope the internals are beefed up as well, so we can throw ungodly amounts of boost at it like we can do with the termies and such.

Yeah. Brents my idol  
It looks like it's going to be a badass car, but I just hope they keep whats working in the Z06 there, and focus on not adding any weight to it. It will have one hefty price sticker though

I'd say it looks more like a Ferrari than a viper. And this car is just a Z06 being used as a mule for the drivetrain.
It's going to be over 100,000. If they do markups like the Ford GT they should be close, but if it isn't marked up then it should be cheaper, but who knows

Why do people always want to say shits fake. I posted that link on another site and someone comes on there and says that he thinks that he read somewhere that there photochopped, but doesn't know where. Thats a nice photochop of the engine if it is. I think people like to yell stuff is fake or its a conspiracy to much.  |

Your latest Motortrend said what is a fake??? The pictures I just posted?? That motortrend sure is getting printed quick then 
I don't see anything on Motortrend.com that says anything about it being fake.
And if you mean the whole "Corvette SS" car is being faked, thats definitely not true. WindingRoad created a fake "Mule" and drove it around to create a stir, but they didn't make up the idea of the blue devil/SS corvette.

Asked on Thursday during a meeting with analysts whether Chevrolet plans to produce the Corvette Blue Devil, GM's next generation super sports car, to usurp the Viper's newly won pole position in the race for the title of most powerful U.S. sports car, Lutz scoffed.
"As you all know, it is not our policy to discuss future product programs. However ... ," he said to laughter from the audience, "it is very important for Corvette to be the most powerful, most capable, best handling sports car in the United States."
Lutz acknowledged that "a recent competitor" had surpassed the top-level Corvette's horsepower.
"But the Corvette vehicle line executive will not take that lying down," Lutz said.
Chevrolet has a Corvette in development that is known as the Blue Devil, Devil Ray, Stingray or SS depending on whom you talk to, said Bob Gritzinger, senior editor for news at AutoWeek magazine.
"We all know the new Corvette is out there. The car is in development and it's been speculated that it will have about 650 horsepower. ... It's supposed to be here in 2009."
