ya thats been around a good long time, I use a ford oem oil filter... does the job fine

Fram on the GT, used a K&N on the Cobra, if anything the only difference was mental and 2$
Royal Purple for all lubricants though.

I will be using Motorcraft on my next oil change.

4 years ago we cut open oil filters in class
we used fram, motorcraft, delco and purolator
the fram was a joke, the other 3 were pretty similar, I wouldn't touch a fram with a 10 foot pole
