I'm walking out of my house on monday, and when I took a step outside, my left ankle popped about 4 times. Since then I can walk, but I have to take it slowly and when I try to move my ankle in a normal walking way, it popps and is a sharp pain. It hurts to move the ankle left or right.
Does this sound like a pulled/stretched/torn ligament?
This is a bad ankle from being stepped on in baseball and soccer and what not.

Sounds like the same thing I had that night when I sanded the SC down. Fucker hurt like hell...went away after a few days. It sounds like it is a terminal problem...don't worry, I will take care of Katies needs for you when you go though.  |

I'd say go to the doctor...
I tore 2 ligaments on my foot last year. I heard a nice pop and it just got progressively worse

yea i wake up and my ankle feels good, i go to step and bam the zing goes through... i have a doc appointment in an hour and a half... so i hope he'll take an xray or two and see if there is something pulled.

my knee pops when i go up an down stairs, but thats because i'm missing an ACL lol

i actually walk around with ankle weights so that my knee gains more strength, but on the 16th they are actually replacing my ACL with a donated tendon, but they said the stronger the knee before surgery, the quicker the healing will be

Now that you mention it....it might be a cramp from trying to go faster by pushing the gas pedal harder against the floor...you might be on to something here....specially after riding in my car last night. |
