yeah, I was up to 295 at one point... rather depressing. I'm at 235 now. I lost down to 250 with just LOTS of exercise. The last 15 was all diet (when I moved into the apartment and out of my parents')

Holy Shit !!! gotta give the guy props for losing the weight !! My all time weight high was 256, I'm down to 208 and it wasn't easy.
When I had the muchies I was eating fruit,veggies and stayin away from the fast foods
