Disclaimer: This is not about a Mustang, and I could give 2 shits if you are going to complain about it
Since the 442's under the knife for some major upgrades , gonna work on this for a bit
Started out as a I6 Cutlass f-85 deluxe and it's only got 22,000 original miles on it.
Plans:
Rebuilt 1970 455 bored .30 or .40 over
Keeping the Powerglide that is in it most likely
Finding some nice heads cheap, if not I'll use some old ones i've got here zincked and ready to be welded
Getting a cheap posi rearend from whatever fits
somehow keeping her quiet, thats my only worry.
This is what she looks like now. Gonna keep it like this, you can't see but there is big flaws in the paint (original) from being in Oswego NY near a powerplant and the sun and rain killed it. Gives it some character and makes people blow it off easier.

Sure thing boss.
I don't want people to like the car either, I want it to be ugly.

This car is not flashy at all
It's factory 1966 paint, that has been killed by the sun. It's got a dent in the front of the hood by the grill, a dent in the rear quarter panel. All the chrome is horrible.

While the sleeper look is cool for suprising people...that could be an awesome custom hot rod!

werd. chubbed and tubbed. fat chromed and blown motor but leave the paint job it has to keep that charecter. or hell, repaint it that same color
btw i hate when people "Try" for a sleeper look. makes me yawn. id rather have a decent looker that runs 13's than a decroted pile of donkey turd that runs 12's.

I've got the 442 under the knife for some "similar" reasons, but more engine related. Although I might need a tubbed rear very soon.
Well I just like harrassing the guys who think their cars are the shit with their bodykits and no engine work on their Integra Type R or Probe GT. The less impressive it looks, the better for me and the less I stick out. If I want to stick out I'll drive that Candy Red POS in my signature
Function over Form. It's just my personal likings over flash

lol what if someone makes a "Reverse Psychology Ricer"?
IE its a kitted riced out whatever made to lure in guys that think they can make their car look awesome by spanking another piece of rice, but its actually a trap as he has serious stuff going on but its covered in a cloak of rice. i got it once in my gst, pulled next to a yellow kitted hatch with the 7 color homo gauges in his gangsta lean with his hat to the side, pure ricer style, we go at it, this thing raped me like alot of cars couldnt, when i finally caught back up i learn it was a built high compression ls-vtec motor with a 100shot of nitrous, and a jdm tranny (stronger and closer gearing). i think that was the night i came home and bought a bigger turbo and ditched the stocker.

Well then I lose a race... Big deal.
You win some you lose some. There are always bigger fish in the sea, and I'm not one to say anything bad about imports or tuners, I know some of them can be great cars. I'm more talking about personalities of people.

There was a Mustang like that back home (at least I think there was, I only read the first sentence).
It was yellow (if I remember correctly), had a hideous body kit, and was packing twin turbos.
