its the model before this one, but similar to it. i bought it in june for 100, i will include it 100% FREE with the camera. it comes complete with mounting hardware (if i can find it, i used velcro and had it next to the steering wheel), antenna, and power cord. it is an fm modulated unit. just tune your radio to 89.1 (i think) then turn on your sirius and boom, satellite radio for only 12/mo
