Hmm... Coilpacks, if it's a manual keep an eye out for clutch slippage. Shouldn't be too much longer before it'll need another depending on how it was driven. Check the serpentine for cracks and/or other minor damage. It might need replacing. Ummm.... I don't feel like typing, anyone else wanna chime in? Brad?

I have a 2002 GT as a company car. I've put 142,000 miles on it since January 2002. Other than blowing a sparkplug out of the head, it's only required plugs, belts, filter, and oil changes.

Hey, Scut95,
When I went there they asked what kind of truck I wanted. Told them I didn't really want a truck. "Well, we'll just pay you extra what we would have paid for a truck and you can buy what you want." Never worked for a company like that before! I get taxed on it but the vehicle is mine.

These cars last a long time if you take care of them, and take a lot of abuse too. One thing noone mentioned is the differential. I would change the fluid in there with that many miles on it. While you are servicing it, you might want to check that the posi is still within spec, and consider a gear upgrade if you didn't already change the gears.
I'm pretty sure there is a service schedule included with the manual from Ford, and if you look at that it will give you a pretty good idea of all the stuff you should change.
