I just rolled over 100,000 miles and I was wondering what kind of maintenance I should be looking at. I've put the last ~30,000 on the car, and have taken care of oil changes (basically all it's need since I've only owned it like 8 months). Now I'm debating new spark plugs... possible seafoam... new pass. rotor... new belt... radiator flush... possible trans flush. Which of these are important? Some times, I get some belt whine after it rains, but otherwise, it's a solid running car.

oil change, full coolant flush (drain block), full transmission flush (drain fill for manual) fuel filter change, fuel system cleaner (injection cleaner (the good stuff)) inspect belts and hoses really good.
change air filter, look for leaks all under the car and fix any you have. Just go over the car good and replace anything thats worn, etc as well.
spark plugs, coils (not sure on lifetime on those)

oops I knew I forgot something. Also drain/fill the brake fluid and the power steering fluid. Those change to water at about 5% per every two years or something like that~ and they are not that hard to change.
